International Education: Opening Doors to Global Understanding

The State Education Standard is the journal of the National Association of State Boards of Education (NASBE). The theme of the March 2005 issue (Vol. 6, No. 1) is International Education: Opening Doors to Global Understanding. One of the feature articles, "Building an Infrastructure to Meet the Language Needs of All Children," was written by NCSSFL members Paul Sandrock (Wisconsin) and Shuhan Wang (Delaware).
